Bailey Lohmann (any/all) is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and writer who grew up in mohkinstis/Calgary, and currently resides in amiskwaciwâskahikan/Edmonton. They completed their BFA in Art & Design at the University of Alberta in 2023. They work across several mediums including oil painting, digital art, illustration, animation, and graphic design. Their practice focuses on close-up renderings of interior spaces and reclaimed photographs, and seeks to explore themes of translation and subjectivity. Bailey has had illustrations and poetry published in zines including Hungry (2022) and Coffee People (2022), as well as Sybil Journal (2025) and Beautiful Trash (2025). Previous exhibition experience includes AA (dc3 Art Projects, 2023), I don’t know how, but I’m taller (FAB Gallery, 2023), Growing Pains (dc3 Art Projects, 2023) and Open Walls (Bleeding Heart Art Space, 2025). Bailey currently works as an Early Years Coordinator at tbe Otipemisiwak Métis Government. They love walking around cities and taking blurry pictures wherever they go.
